We have multiple shipping options for you because we know that sometimes that hat-fix can wait and sometimes it can’t!

Please note, orders will be dispatched on business days only. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

All items are sent my road courier.  If you require air or overnight courier, please reach out to us prior to placing your order.

1-3 business days from dispatch

  • Orders typically ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
  • Express Post is available for orders within a certain location.
  • Click here to view the post codes that qualify for Express Post delivery. If you live outside of these postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link.

FREE - no delivery charges when you collect from the studio

  • Pay online and email to book your collection appointment .
  • Your order will be ready for collection from our studio within 24 hours, subject to availability.
  • You will be contacted via email once your product is ready to collect.
  • Orders will be held for up to 14 days.

4-14 business days from dispatch

  • Orders typically ship the next business day.
